The staff and saloin are lovely but you never have the shade of tan I like (perfect bride). The tan is not good unless I use that shade.

I had several exceptional and fantastic experiences. Great spray tans that suited my very fair complexion. However I had a couple of bad experiences. One experience in particular that has turned me of forever! On a Thursday night. Not only did I wait 1.5 hour to go in, but the very orange tan was spotty, service terrible non caring, grumpy, and they lied about the effect that over spraying would create. They also did not mention how long I would need to wait. I paid for my tan although they said they would not charge me. When I wrote a (nice) letter to let them know of the many difficulties and unusual service that I received; I received no response, no apology and no way to fix my orange spotty leopard looking tan. Lucky my daughters party was fancy dress and i went as a pirate/gypsy with a very very very very bad tan. I spent the rest of the week avoiding people I was so embarrassed. Because their was no care when something went wrong I will no longer go there. I was happy to go back if they could assure me that it would not happen again. THEY DID NOT CARE. : ( Lucky I have found someone else extremely professional and that takes care. I get my fortnightly tans from them NOT CELCIUS.

Worst spray tan ever. Color was good but quality of the actual product was bad. Blotchy and unfortunately looked cheap.

I asked if there was any specials and promotions because I receive emails too. I was told there wasn't which I found out later through my email which I could of searched on the spot but i took the girls word and later found out there was an offer with any facials. There were 2 opportunities to have corrected this but both failed. I also didn't like the fact the girl left the room for a while instead if staying and massaging as she was meant too. Lastly it wasn't a full hour facial. Thank you but not again
